Beta version V0.1 of the new Game + Updates

A couple of important things;
- Always include the English league otherwise the game will crash at 28.8.2021. Reason still unknow.
- Change Memsize to 63 in Dosbox config file. This because you could run 4 or 5 nations in one save-game.
- Don't use Squad Details > Top European Teams. Dosbox doesn't like that.
